This is the full length of the film. We have re-shot and have changed parts of the film by adding shot reverse shots and close ups into the film. The film now flows more fluently but now we need cut down our film is over 3 minutes long and we also need to add the title sequence which will be around 20 seconds long.
The location is good, and unique. The emptiness and silence is creepy, and works really well. There is some parts in which you can hear the movement of the camera, but this could be easily covered by some imported sound. There was a big variation in shot types, the P.O.V were especially effective, though they could have been cut quicker.
ReplyDeletei think the idea and the location are really good however the film is really long and some of the pauses are unnecessary, therefore we think you could cut it down abit by editing some of the pauses and if you got a chance to re-shoot make the blood stain on the windows more noticeable (maybe its because we're blind ?) but if not the the music will really add effect and it will turn out good in the long run :) really like the use of shots and frames as well and the make up is fantastic and realistic :D X
